Over 60 specialized technicians work in this plant, equipped with autoclaves of a capacity of almost 100.000 liters. The Leini factory caters for the entire production circle, from the design and production of the shell to the quality control of the upholstery. Sparco technicians can experiment and develop new technologies and materials internally, adding to or maintaining the superiority of Sparco seats. Sparco seats are approved (depending on the type) by FIA, TUV and ECE regulations as well as by FMVSS (the American regulations), they are designed using the ltest CAD systems and the most adduced design methodologies. Including APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), DFMEA (Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis). PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis).
